The Studio

Henstead Art and Craft Centre is a renovated group of farm buildings in Toad Row, just minutes off the A12 near the Kessingland Beach roundabout. (Follow the brown tourist sign on the A12).

Richard and Amanda Baxter, the owners, have let the units to a varied group of artists and craftspeople. Do come along and pay a visit – there is a wood turner, potter, jeweller, printmaker, textile artist and photographer.

I now have the quiet space where I can watch my work develop. I will be able to experiment and try different supports and media and investigate what is ‘in there’ trying to get out - perhaps when I then ‘wave it about …a bit’ you will be good enough to view it and let me know what you think.
